This men’s gilet – also known as a vest (US) or bodywarmer (UK/EU) – is a versatile layer for year-round wear. Whether over a shirt or a cosy jumper (sweater), it adds warmth without bulk.

Exclusively designed by Skye Weavers, the outer fabric is our Peat Tweed, woven on pedal-powered looms on the Isle of Skye. It’s fully lined in breathable cotton, with soft cotton moleskin on the collar for added comfort.

It has a covered front zip with popper button facing, an internal chest pocket, a zipped breast pocket, and two side pockets trimmed with leather.

Each gilet is sewn in London by a specialist manufacturer chosen for their exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Made in small batches with limited stock. If your size isn’t available, please contact us for restock details.

Choosing Your Size

Put on what you’d typically wear under the gilet, then use a soft tape measure to measure around the widest part of your chest.
